All orders are processed within 24h after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking number when your order has shipped. 

UK & International Shipping - Selected Countries

International shipping is available at an additional cost. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fusionstrike Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

International Shipping - Rest of the World (all countries excluding the ones mentioned above)

International shipping is available at an additional cost, contingent upon our evaluation. The feasibility of international shipping depends on the destination country and the required delivery speed.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow between 2-24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within Estimated delivery time of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fusionstrike.co.uk providing your order number, and we will aim to resolve the issue within 24h.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
